As a private customer, you can pay for your goods with credit card. This method of payment is covered by third party system.

When paying with a credit card we will charge the purchase from your account when the item is shipped. You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Apple Pay.

The entered data is encrypted and cannot be read by others. Card information is sent through an encrypted connection to our server.

You can always oppose if an amount is deducted from your account and you can demonstrate:

  • You have not received the product
  • You have been exposed to a misuse of your credit card information.
  • You regret your purchase before receiving it, e.g. by refusing to receive it or not collect it at the post office.
  • The amount deducted from your account is higher than you authorized when placing the order.

It is a condition that your opposition cannot be immediately refuted as false.

glerups has a strict quality control, but errors may occur. If you receive a delivery with any defects, we will exchange or refund your item. You are expected to contact glerups immediately.

According to Consumer Contracts customers have a 2-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects from the day you receive the item.

Damage to the product caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

The product must be returned to our Headquarter in Denmark and sent as a package, which makes it possible to trace the shipment. By this any doubt is removed whether the goods have been delivered to glerups or not, and you have the opportunity to track and trace the package if no delivery should have taken place. The package is rejected by glerups if it is returned as COD (cash on delivery) or without postage or with ”no distribution”.

If the defects or damages occurred during shipping, you must contact shipper, which is responsible for all deliveries from glerups.

Valid receipt is the order confirmation and/or the invoice on which the product is specified.

When making your purchase on glerups website, you as a customer have 30 days right to cancel or return your order from the day you receive the item. The right of cancellation expires as soon as the shoe shows signs of wear.

The condition for the cancellation or return is that glerups receives the goods in the same condition and quantity as in delivery. This includes the product being unused and in original packaging. However, it is not a requirement that the packaging is unbroken.

The cost of returning the goods to glerups is the customer’s own expense.

When shopping through online shop, you have 30 days of Right of Withdraw the goods from the day you receive them.

When the right to Withdrawal is used, the cost of your purchase is refunded – not shipping fee.

Withdrawal can also be done by refusing to receive the package. 

When glerups has received the returned item, you get an email confirming this. The email provides information of the subsequent process, and when you can expect to get your money refunded.

Expect a processing time up to 10 days (from receiving the package on Kelddalvej in Denmark) on return packages, as all goods returned are checked systematically. The cost of your purchase is refunded to your account within a few days and latest 30 days after glerups has received and accepted the returned goods.

When glerups has processed the withdrawn purchase and the amount is transferred to your account, we will send a credit note to your e-mail.

Cost and currency
The goods can be paid with Pound Sterling (£).

All prices are including VAT and customs and will be delivered DDP (Delivery duty paid).

We try to process your order as quickly as possible, but expect a processing time up to 7-10 working days and in addition the time used for shipment.

Delivery method
The delivery date shown on the order confirmation is approximate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shippers exact shipping date.

Your order is shipped the day your order is processed. Packages which cannot be delivered by the postman can be collected at the nearest post office within the following 10 days.

If you do not collect the package at the post office within the 10 days, we regard it as if you take advantage of your right to withdraw. The costs for returning the package will be charged/deducted towards you.
